Since services are non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product has been approved, downloaded and/or installed. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any web design service, template or template installation from ChavonNachelle Web Designs. We only make exceptions with this rule when the there appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. That specifically refers to an incorrect design being sent to a customer, in which case we will gladly rectify the situation by sending the correct design. The deadline for any correction is 48 hours after the issue date. 

Under any circumstances issuing refunds for our SEO services is not allowed. This is non-refundable since it is not returnable. You are responsible for understanding this before you complete your purchase for our installation service.
